The sad truth is that nothing is happening. We should have released
xforms 1.1 ages ago and there is no sign that this is going to
happen...

It might be a good solution indeed, although I can't speak for Angus.

I can't speak for Angus, but personally I'd like at least to release a
1.1 version with what we have now (plus the fl_set_locale() patch that
I never got around to apply). What do you have in store?
