Would you also mind replying to this message (and CC the mailing list
for the public record) and give permission to Debian to distribute the
current version of the manual in its non-free archive and mirrors, e.g.
 
 http://packages.debian.org/unstable/doc/libforms-doc.html

This would gives us the required permission not present in the current
license.
