[XForms] Form imaging problems

Try freezing the form, then building it, filling in the data, etc, and 
then unfreeze the form when everything is loaded.  I see this 
sometimes, but that's usually before I get around to adding the 
freezing/unfreezing cycle when I do something to the form.
