A nice idea, but on relection I think we shouldn't do this. Let's give people
the choice to receive extra mail, not force it upon them.

I think so, yes. Think of it as an accounting mechanism that LyX should have
had long ago ;-) I don't think releases like 1.3.2 will be of benefit to a
slow moving project such as this.

Fixes and (ideally) autoconf/automake. I have no real feel for the amount of
work involved in the latter however. I will bow to your far greater
experience.

Incidentally, I think that the only remaining fix that I have here is one that
will allow tabfolders to be scaled correctly when the parent window is
resized. It needs reworking, however, to move it from forms.c to tabfolder.c.
