My bookmarked link for xforms points to http://world.std.com/~xforms
and when I follow a link there for the new apps, I reach the one you mention.
If I select : XForms Contrib dir for the C++ bindings or the xfax or xfgl or xfl,
I am sent to http://bragg.phys.uwm.edu/pub/xforms/Contrib
I've tried refreshing the page and the links to bragg are still there.
