    FL_EXPORT void fl_set_scrollbar_bounds(FL_OBJECT *, double, double);
    FL_EXPORT void fl_get_scrollbar_bounds(FL_OBJECT *, float *, float *);

    Are there any special reasons why the set functions take different
    types than the get functions?
