# To subscribers of the xforms list from "zaphodb" <zaphodb@casema.net> :
Hi,
II would like to prevent users from exiting a program without warning them
to save their data first.
I've included a signal handler that catches (catchable) signals, and now I'm
trying
to find out how I can detect the fact that a user is pressing the window's
quit or kill button.
I take it this isn't done via the unix signalling mechanism but is handled
by my windowmanager?
I'm running afterstep / kde (2 machines) on Linux using xforms88
Any help will be appreciated.
TC: any news on the canvas demo issue ?
Remember me including the fl_set_idle_delta(0) between fl_initialize and
fl_do_forms
and you commenting that this shouldn't have worked?
Zaphod B.
